Michael Leytem
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Michael Leytem has been a leadership coach and talent management consultant since 2011. He has worked with hundreds of Fortune 500 leaders to customize talent strategies and leadership solutions that drive personal and organizational growth. As a published academic, with an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Michael has studied the mental processes and social pressures that influence effective leadership. His life-long passion for leadership, psychology, and mindfulness transcends throughout his work and interactions with others.

Alisha Leytem
Chief Mindfulness Officer
Alisha Leytem is a Certified Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Guide combining her passions for healthy living, mindfulness and authentic leadership to guide others in creating lasting changes for their physical, mental, and spiritual growth.
Alisha founded Alisha Leytem, LLC in 2015 and authored a book, The Six Golden Keys to Well-Being, which was recently published in Spring 2022. To support personal and organizational growth, Alisha designs and facilitates unique wellness offerings.

Caitlyn Alford
Operations Manager & Creative Director
Caitlyn is a first generation college graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience. She earned her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. She is passionate about organizational change, leadership development, visual creativity, and mindfulness in the workplace.

Jenna Hochstetler
Leadership Development Consultant
Jenna graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Psychology and will graduate in May 2022 with her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from Appalachian State in Boone, North Carolina. She is a Certified Society for Human Resource Management Professional (SHRM-CP) with a passion for leadership development, strategic HR management, and helping others become the best versions of themselves at work.
Davis Sutton
Leadership Development Consultant
Davis graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She earned her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. She is passionate about using current research to promote organizational change, employee wellness, and diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Monica Ragsdale
Leadership Development Intern
Monica Ragsdale will graduate in May 2022 with her B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina State University and will pursue her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Meredith College in August 2022. She has enjoyed being a research assistant for NC State’s I-O Psychology lab and is looking forward to applying behavioral science research to the workplace. She is passionate about empowering others to pursue growth, authenticity, and holistic health.
