The C.A.T.C.H. & Release® Leadership Index (CARLI) provides leaders with valuable insights related to the six dimensions of the C.A.T.C.H. & Release® Model. A total of 120 validated items are used to assess 34 leadership constructs culminating in the six dimensions of the model. Upon completing the assessment, an individual will be emailed their results.

The Talent Optimization Evaluation (TOE) is a valuable tool that aims to assess the strengths and areas for improvement within your organization. It consists of 57 items and can be completed in approximately 10-15 minutes. This evaluation is specifically designed for HR leaders who possess a solid understanding of the different functions and departments within their organizations. It encompasses all of the major dimensions of the employee lifecycle (i.e. acquiring talent, developing talent, managing talent, retaining talent, and preparing for future talent needs). Upon completion, respondents will receive an email containing their results. By utilizing these results, HR leaders can gain valuable insights into their organization's talent optimization strategies and make informed decisions to enhance overall performance and effectiveness.
