CEO and Founder
Michael Leytem has been a leadership coach and talent management consultant since 2011. He has worked with hundreds of Fortune 500 leaders to customize talent strategies and leadership solutions that drive personal and organizational growth. As a published academic, with an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Michael has studied the mental processes and social pressures that influence effective leadership. His life-long passion for leadership, psychology, and mindfulness transcends throughout his work and interactions with others.
Chief Mindfulness Officer
Alisha Leytem is a Certified Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Guide combining her passions for healthy living, mindfulness and authentic leadership to guide others in creating lasting changes for their physical, mental, and spiritual growth. Alisha founded Alisha Leytem, LLC in 2015 and authored a book, The Six Golden Keys to Well-Being, which was published in 2022. To support personal and organizational growth, Alisha designs and facilitates unique wellness offerings.
Director of Sales
Ryan Tucker brings nearly 20 years of Healthcare and Technology business development experience to Catching Leadership as both a sales leader and individual contributor. Ryan's true passion is to see people thrive and exceed their own expectations which is only rivaled by his love for his daughter, Dylan, and his love to fish competitively.
Operations Manager & Creative Director
Caitlyn has been with the Catching Leadership team since 2021. She is a first-generation college graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience. She earned her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. She is passionate about organizational change, leadership development, visual creativity, and mindfulness in the workplace.
